Invoice management for real estate investors
Keep property-related invoice files connected to the records you review.
Collect maintenance, repair, and other vendor documents through dashboard PDF or connected Telegram intake. InvoSort prepares available details and review views without presenting itself as property management, portfolio accounting, or tax software.
Received-document scope
Supported workflow
Intake, available field extraction, category review, spend views, month review, and individual source-file access.
Separate property workflow
Property tags, tenant and rent records, entity accounting, tax treatment, integrations, and portfolio reporting.
What the dashboard can organize
- Received vendor records and available document details
- Dashboard versus Telegram intake source
- Spend periods, category summaries, and recent records
- Invoices shown in the current-year month view
- Individual source-file preview and download
What the dashboard does not organize
- Properties, units, portfolios, or legal entities
- Tenants, leases, rent, deposits, or maintenance tickets
- Repair-versus-capital-expense determinations
- Accounting or property-management integrations
- Available month-level sheet or bulk-file exports
Vendor document workflow
Prepare the invoice record without inventing property-level structure.
The document can move from intake to review and later retrieval while property assignment and professional classification remain separate.
Receive the vendor document
Upload a valid PDF from the dashboard or send a supported file or readable photo through connected Telegram.
Prepare available details
InvoSort processes vendor, date, amount, currency, category, type, and other details that are available in the document.
Review against the source
Check the first-pass record and adjust its category when a different business classification is appropriate.
Revisit the record
Use recent, source, spend, category, or current-year month views and open the original file when needed.
Example workflow
A plumber PDF and a photographed hardware receipt enter the same review system.
An investor uploads the plumber invoice from the dashboard and sends the readable receipt through connected Telegram. They review the available vendor, date, amount, category, and type details, then return through recent or current-year month views. Neither document is automatically attached to a property.
Classification boundary
A category is a review field, not a professional conclusion.
Review and edit the category when needed, but use qualified systems and advisers for entity allocation, accounting treatment, deductibility, capitalization, reporting, or legal decisions.

Separate invoice records from property-management promises.
The current product supports received-document review and spend visibility, with explicit limits around property structure, exports, integrations, and professional classification.
Can I tag or filter invoices by property or legal entity?
No. The current dashboard does not provide property, portfolio, or entity tags. It offers recent records, dashboard and Telegram source filters, spend and category views, and a current-year month view.
Does InvoSort track tenants, leases, or rent payments?
No. InvoSort focuses on received vendor documents and reviewable invoice records. It is not a tenant, lease, rent-collection, or property-management system.
Can InvoSort decide whether work is a repair or capital expense?
No. InvoSort can prepare available document details and a category for review, but it does not determine accounting treatment, deductibility, capitalization, or any tax, legal, or financial conclusion.
Can I export a month of property invoice files or records?
The current dashboard can display invoices in a current-year month view, but the month-level invoice-sheet and invoice-file export actions are not available yet. Individual stored source files can be previewed or downloaded when available.
Does InvoSort sync with accounting or property-management software?
No current integration is promised. InvoSort provides received-file intake, first-pass extraction, record review, source visibility, spend views, and source-file access within its own workflow.
