Use of the service

InvoSort helps users upload invoice files or submit them through connected Telegram intake, extract invoice metadata, review records in a dashboard, and manage invoice organization workflows. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm InvoSort, other users, or service providers.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload malicious files, violate laws, or use InvoSort to process content you do not have the right to upload. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that creates risk for the service.

Your files and responsibilities

You keep ownership of invoice files and business content you upload or send through connected Telegram intake. You give InvoSort permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of submitted invoice content.

Extraction limitations

Invoice parsing, extraction, and classification can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. InvoSort does not guarantee accounting, tax, legal, or bookkeeping accuracy. You must review vendor, date, amount, category, type, and other extracted results before using them for reporting, payments, filings, or decisions.

Supported file types, scan quality, OCR availability, document layout, and file size may limit processing. You are responsible for checking uploaded invoice accuracy and correcting records before using them outside the service.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, plan names, and available features are shown on the pricing and billing pages. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for any charges associated with your selected plan.

A newly verified account may receive one 14-day Individual trial without a payment method. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When it ends, invoice uploads may be paused while existing account data remains available according to current product controls.

Paid billing begins only after you choose a paid plan and successfully complete Stripe Checkout. After successful Checkout, your paid subscription and paid access start immediately, and Stripe charges the first monthly subscription payment immediately. The subscription renews and is charged monthly until canceled. If you subscribe before your app trial's scheduled end, the app trial ends permanently when paid access starts. Unused trial time is forfeited: it does not delay or extend the paid subscription, carry forward, provide a billing credit, or have cash value. Business setup and billing are requested only when you choose to upgrade to Business. No contracts are required.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing tools provided in the app. Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; paid access continues through that period. Cancellation does not restore, restart, or extend an app trial and does not automatically remove invoice files or account data.

Refunds are handled case by case unless a different refund policy is shown at checkout or required by law. Contact support if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Plan limits and workflows

Plan limits, including invoice volumes for each billing period, apply based on the selected plan. The 100 Invoice Pack may be offered for eligible accounts when more invoice submissions are needed in the current billing period. Features shown as available in your account, including connected Telegram invoice intake when configured, can be used according to current product limits. Some export, accountant, WhatsApp, or other integration workflows may be planned, limited, experimental, or unavailable until released. Do not rely on a planned feature unless it is available in your account.

Cookies and measurement

InvoSort uses necessary cookies or short-lived page state for preferences, security, sessions, and pending email verification. Browser analytics and funnel events run only after analytics consent. First-touch campaign attribution and advertising measurement run only after advertising-measurement consent. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Providers may include DataFast, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics, and Google Ads according to those settings.

Service availability

InvoSort is provided as a software service that may change over time. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free processing, or permanent access to every feature.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InvoSort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, tax or accounting errors, or decisions made from unreviewed extracted data. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
