Received-invoice records

Invoice tracking for received records—not customer payments.

InvoSort keeps dashboard uploads and Telegram-submitted invoices in reviewable records. See recent rows in date order, distinguish where a document arrived, review the current year by month, and return to the source file when a detail needs checking.

What this page covers

A dependable history of invoices your business received.

Each record keeps extracted invoice details close to the submitted document. The result is a practical place to review recent invoices, understand their intake source, and revisit a current-year month.

What this page does not cover

Accounts receivable and customer payment status.

InvoSort does not claim to create invoices, send them to customers, mark customer bills paid, chase overdue balances, or replace an accounts-receivable system. Its focus is the incoming invoice record.

From intake to reference

Keep the record useful after the invoice arrives.

Invoice tracking starts with capture, but the lasting value comes from a reviewable record that stays connected to its source document.

  1. Receive the invoice

Upload a PDF from the dashboard or send a supported invoice document or photo through the connected Telegram workflow.

  2. Review the record

Check the extracted vendor, invoice date, amount, category, type, and other available details instead of assuming every field is correct.

  3. Use the right view

Scan recent date-sorted rows, narrow them by dashboard or Telegram source, or open a month in the current-year calendar.

  4. Return to the source

Open the stored invoice file for preview or download when you need to verify a field against the original document.

Available tracking views

Use the views the dashboard supports today.

The workflow is intentionally concrete: recent records, intake-source filters, current-year month review, and access to the submitted file.

Recent invoice rows

The recent-invoices table surfaces the latest records in date order and shows practical fields including vendor, invoice number, date, amount, category, type, source, and processing status.

Intake-source filters

Switch between all recent records, dashboard uploads, and Telegram submissions. This helps separate how an invoice arrived without claiming a broader search function.

Current-year month view

Open a month in the current year to review the invoices assigned to that period. The view is for record review; calendar export actions are not presented as available.

Original-file access

When a source file is available, open its invoice record to preview or download the document and compare it with the extracted details.

Inside each record

Useful fields with the source document close by.

Extraction makes an invoice easier to review, but it does not remove the need to check important details against the document that was submitted.

Questions

What to know before you choose a workflow.

Straight answers about how InvoSort handles received invoice documents and where human review still matters.

What does invoice tracking mean in InvoSort?

Invoice tracking in InvoSort means keeping a reviewable record of business invoices you received through dashboard upload or Telegram intake. It covers the invoice record and source document after intake; it does not mean creating or sending customer invoices.

Does InvoSort track customer payments or accounts receivable?

No. InvoSort does not present customer payment collection, overdue-payment chasing, or accounts-receivable status as part of this workflow. The tracking described here is for received invoice documents and their extracted records.

How can I narrow the invoice records I am reviewing?

You can review recent records in date order, filter those recent rows by dashboard or Telegram source, and open a month in the current-year calendar. These are review views, not a promise of unrestricted keyword search or historical-year navigation.

Can I search received invoices by vendor name?

The current dashboard does not provide a dedicated vendor-keyword search control. Vendor names appear in recent and monthly record views, while the available narrowing controls focus on intake source and the current-year month view.

Which invoice details can I review?

A processed record can show fields such as vendor, invoice number, invoice date, amount, category, type, intake source, and status. Availability depends on the document and extraction result, so important details should be checked against the original invoice.

Can I open the original invoice from its record?

Yes, when the source file is available. The invoice record can provide secure preview and download access so you can compare extracted fields with the original document before relying on them.
