Before
A file without record context is hard to revisit.
A PDF in Downloads or a paper invoice photo in a chat may preserve the document, but it does not automatically place vendor, date, amount, category, source, and review status beside it.
Invoice organization
InvoSort brings dashboard PDFs and connected Telegram submissions into one received-invoice workflow. Review practical fields, distinguish how each document arrived, use recent and current-year month views, and return to the original file when a detail needs checking.

With a structured record
InvoSort prepares selected fields for review and keeps the submitted file connected to the row. Learn more about the preceding steps on the invoice processing page.
Organization anchors
Organization is not one magic folder. It comes from keeping a small set of reviewable fields and the source document in the same workflow.
Identity
Keep vendor, invoice number, invoice date, and document type in the record when those details are available.
Value
Review extracted totals and currency information, including original and converted values when the processing result provides them.
Classification
See the prepared category and type, then edit the category when a different business classification is needed.
Context
Distinguish dashboard uploads from Telegram submissions and see the processing status attached to each recent row.
Evidence
When the stored path is available, preview or download the original invoice instead of relying on extracted fields alone.
A concrete example
A restaurant may receive emailed supplier PDFs at a desk and photograph a paper delivery invoice away from it. The useful goal is a consistent received-invoice record—not an unsupported promise to approve or pay the bill.
Upload a PDF in the dashboard, or use a connected Telegram account for a supported PDF or readable invoice photo.
Check the prepared vendor, date, amount, and category, then use the recent or current-year month view to return to the invoice later.

Questions
Straight answers about how InvoSort handles received invoice documents and where human review still matters.
Invoice organization in InvoSort means keeping a received invoice record, its practical extracted fields, its intake source, and its submitted file together for review. It does not mean creating or sending customer invoices.
Yes. The dashboard provides a current-year calendar where you can open a month and review the invoice records assigned to that period. It does not currently provide prior-year navigation.
Yes. The recent-invoices table can be filtered to all recent records, dashboard uploads, or Telegram submissions, so you can see how each invoice entered the workflow.
The current dashboard shows vendor names in recent and monthly records, but it does not provide a vendor-keyword search control. Its available narrowing controls focus on intake source and the current-year month view.
Yes. The recent-invoices table provides an Edit Category action. Other extracted fields should be checked against the original file because the current dashboard does not expose general editing for every field.
