Invoice scanner for small businesses
Scan received invoices without rebuilding every record by hand.
Bring supplier PDFs and photographed paper invoices into one received-document workflow. InvoSort prepares available details for review and keeps the source file close when you need to check the record later.
Two practical intake paths
At your desk
Upload a valid PDF invoice of up to 20 MB from the dashboard.
Away from your desk
Send a supported file or readable invoice photo through connected Telegram.
Extraction is a first pass. Review important values against the source document.
A mixed-inbox problem
Give downloaded PDFs and paper supplier invoices the same destination.
A small business may receive one invoice by email, another in a delivery, and a third while away from the office. A consistent intake choice reduces the need to rebuild every document as a spreadsheet row.
Example workflow
One supplier PDF, one photographed service invoice.
A cafe uploads a wholesaler PDF from the dashboard and sends a readable repair invoice photo through Telegram. Each document enters the received-invoice workflow, and the resulting record remains connected to its own source file for review.
Follow the complete processing flowFrom document to review
Use a repeatable path without hiding the checking step.
The scanner prepares received documents for review. Decisions about approval, payment, accounting, or tax treatment remain outside the workflow.
Choose the intake path
Upload a downloaded PDF from the dashboard, or use connected Telegram for a supported file or readable paper-invoice photo.
Prepare a first pass
InvoSort processes the document and prepares available invoice details as a structured record.
Check the important fields
Compare vendor, date, total, currency, category, and document details with the original before relying on them.
Keep record and file together
Return through recent, source, or current-year month views and open the stored source when you need evidence.
Small-business questions
Know what the invoice scanner does before changing your intake.
The current workflow is specific about channels, file formats, review controls, and the financial tasks that remain with people.
Which invoice files can a small business submit?
The dashboard accepts valid PDF files up to 20 MB. After connecting Telegram, you can also send PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG files and Telegram photos up to 20 MB to InvoSortBot.
Can I upload an invoice photo from the dashboard?
Not currently. Dashboard upload is for PDF invoices. Use connected Telegram intake when you need to submit a supported image file or photograph a paper invoice.
Which details can appear in a processed invoice record?
Available records can include vendor, invoice number, invoice date, total, currency, category, type, intake source, and processing status. Results depend on the document and should be checked against the original file.
How can I return to a received invoice later?
You can review recent records, narrow recent rows by dashboard or Telegram source, or open a month in the current-year view. When its source file is available, the record can also provide preview and download access.
Does InvoSort create, approve, or pay business invoices?
No. InvoSort focuses on received invoice files, first-pass extraction, and reviewable records. It does not create customer invoices, approve bills, initiate supplier payments, or replace accounting review.
